This was the second new home built by Restoration. This one had a larger footprint with an additional bedroom and bathroom. It had a nice modern layout, with an open floor plan, high ceilings, and lots of natural light.
The build took a few months longer than it should have because of a slow builder, but was still a very profitable venture.
